Listings on this website do not represent an offer to sell goods, but rather, they are advertisements to receive offerings. Any offer/order of more than 2 units per address, customer or company may be rejected, and all orders are subject to review and acceptance by OfficeNerds.com. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order. We DO NOT accept orders to freight forwarders due to the high amount of fraud that uses these channels.

Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OfficeNerds.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our sales team as deemed acceptable. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. OfficeNerds.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by OfficeNerds.com.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, OfficeNerds.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OfficeNerds.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OfficeNerds.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy from OfficeNerds.com is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. OfficeNerds.com's 20 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. OfficeNerds.com's 20 day limited warranty is an exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or OfficeNerds.com, but is at OfficeNerds.com's sole discretion of acceptance. HARD DRIVES, MEMORY CHIPS, LCD'S, PLASMA'S, PROJECTOR SCREENS OR SCREENS OF ANY OTHER KIND, SPORTS COLLECTIBLES OR ANY MEMORABILIA, SPORTS COLLECTIBLES AND MEMORABILIA, NOTEBOOKS AND DESKTOP SYSTEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE FINAL SALES AND WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IN THE FIRST 20 DAYS IF DEFECTIVE. 'DEAD ON ARRIVAL' ITEMS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO OfficeNerds.COM WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. NON-RESELLABLE / OPENED BOX MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

** WITH DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER MUST BE CONTACTED TO GET A VERIFIABLE CASE # THAT THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. THIS NUMBER WILL BE NEEDED FOR DEFECTIVE RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS. DATE AND TIME MUST BE DOCUMENTED AS WELL IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE 20 DAY DEFECTIVE RETURN GRACE PERIOD. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to OfficeNerds.com's limited 20 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or OfficeNerds.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 20 days of ownership only. After 20 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. OfficeNerds.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. Products returned for exchange must be in new, resellable, sealed condition in original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 20 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge up to a 20% restocking fee for damaged /incomplete returns, returns characterized as defective but are actually in working order, or return exceptions. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by OfficeNerds.com or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) can be submitted directly from our website on your 'My Account' page for orders that have been previously shipped or by contacting us.

** REFURBISHED / REMANUFACTURED PARTS MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS, FOR ANY REASON AND AT ANY TIME AFTER PURCHASE DUE TO STRICT MANUFACTURER POLICIES. THIS APPLIES TO ALL REFURBISHED OR REMANUFACTURED ITEMS FOR EVERY MANUFACTURER. **
